Unfortunately things didn't go as I had hoped; I finished the day in 44th. Fishing was tough where we were. I only had 2 fish with 30 minutes to go. I broke out the drop shot and caught 5 keepers but they were all small. I never felt like I had a chance today. There's always tomorrow. I fish with Andre Moore tomorrow. I like Andre, but my worst day of fishing ever was with him 2 years ago at Kentucky Lake. I don't like the way this season is starting. I didn't get a chance to throw my giant swimbait today, and I broke my jig rod; it wasn't good. Tomorrow I'm going for 26lbs. It could happen!?
