BillShu here: Just for something to do today, took a drive to river at RT291 bridge area. Barber Street. Arrived 1:40, no one fishing. Two boats on trailers leaving area. To me, looked like water level was about 6-8 feet above end of concrete section of ramp. Fishing conditions tough from shore. WX: very cloudy with wind ripping.
