Good question....I don't know. You're getting into areas that we don't deal with. The CSP Firearms unit is responsible for dealing with gun sales requirements. I would say that if you have a valid military ID showing that you are in a reserve unit then it should be OK. However, I don't know how it works with inactive reserve.
My suggestion is to call CSP Firearms at 860-685-8290 and run it by them.
