Good info. I'm active duty and have been trying to get up to Middletown to submit my paperwork for ammo and long gun. Another question is if my Small Arms Qualifier certification is valid for hand gun or long gun licensing. This certification is for range instruction, practical pistol course, armory access & issue. The cert includes hand gun, M16, & Shotgun.I also have the range firing reports for all three. Thanks for any info.
