Yes I did try to weigh him but couldn't get him high enough off the ground to get an accurate weight.I could only get the scale to 130lbs and his head and neck where still on the ground. (He was skin and bone no fat at all, and a shorter deer too.)
I do use a bleat, grunt, can call, wheeze, whatever it takes!
