Sounds like the green jackets will be busy this yr.To bad there's not enough of them to cover all the lakes in the state.If they really wanted to jump up there funding. All's they have to do is enforce the lic laws in new haven alone. When they catch someone that supposibly don't speak english. They just let them walk.See it for myself in New Haven a few yrs back when they were keeping short stripers.I'll just stick to fishing my private lake and keep my money.
