Hoping DEEP has some insight...technically the cove closes " at sunset" however may parks allow for fishing at night. Is it a town rule to not allow fishing at night and is there anyone i could speak with at the town? Thanks for the help

I would question to the Police or Fire Marshall. They have a volunteer fire and they would be called in case of an Emergency. Knowing a lot of the guys on the volunteer including my nephew the issue is placing citizens in danger to perform an ice rescue. He works 2 jobs and has a newborn along with 2 other kids. His wife works as a full time first responder ambulance EMT. They are the people put at risk in the event of an emegency in the middle of the night. The town lost a volunteer fireman during the brush fire in Berlin and are on hightened awareness of the dangers when they leave work or home to respond.
