Mitch, Playing tennis and golf. Fishing became too much of a Time commitment and my ol’e bod will not take commitments to 3 sports Sold the boat last year. sold 95% of fishing stuff last night. Plan to wet a line out the back yard in FL during winter months and vicariously enjoy bass fishing through CTF reports. Thanks for asking and thanks for CTF

Tennis and golf over fishing, after being an active fisherman all of these decades???!!! I'm just about to cry.
I too was hoping Tony Mel was going to regear up with new stuff for fishing down in FL, or switch to salt, or even fly (did I just say that???....I'm grasping for straws and just throwing that out as an option to keep him at least in the sport of fishing ).
Whatever makes you happy Tony! Best of luck.
(I'm still hoping you come to a point, and say "What have I done?!!!"...and get back into fishing).

Thanks Don. Been easing out of it for the 6-yrs and as I knew it would be bass fishing for me was a lifestyle activity. I can’t dabble. In it and the time-energy-commitment weighed to heavy on other options. Time to move on and fish from the armchair lol

Tony, good luck with the new lifestyle. Florida pond and canal fishing can be a lot of fun and low maintenance too. Stay with it and have time for all three activities.
