Those laws are for Blue Crab only. not green

I realize that's what it says in the book - but people use crabs for bait at various times. Couldn't my trap on the dock be out there to catch green crabs and I'm tossing back all the blue crabs I catch?

Seems strange to me that they didn't outlaw the trap if the real reason has to do with anything other than "they catch too many" blue crabs.

what about the legality of my Diamonback Terrapin traps? can i just toss back the crabs i catch in them, and eat the turtles like the instructions say?
