Today at the boat launch at Crystal Lake there was a boat the appeared to be unregistered CT 345 AC w/ 2010 orange stickers someone on the ramp asked him about it and was told to MYOB. I had no phone or I would have called the Ellington cops. I came in to launch behind him when he pulled out of the lake he spent over 30 minutes loading his truck in the middle of the ramp and refused to move till he was ready. The boat was a 1970's Starcraft 18 or 19 foot deep vee ...Thanks
Also you might want to send somebody thru Venetian Harbor at Groton Long Point. I dock there and this morning I noticed a bunch of boats with last years stickers and even 4 boats with 2009 stickers.

It is your business when he's on the same water as you. a few yrs back some dumb sob was at beach pond and launched just about the same time as the tourny we were having(It was a Night event). This jerk was running all over the lake like a mad man and then we thought it would stop once it got dark..Nope not this guy..He was running hard with not running lights and didn't know that lake all that while. This was figured out by all once he hit the rocks in the middle of the lake and launched him and his crew a good 30 ft and almost hit one of the boats in our tourny.
