EnCon Police Moderator Registered: 03/01/04 Posts: 3899	I get a lot of questions regarding regulations as opposed to statutes. The primary difference is that statutes are enacted by the legislature as laws. Regulations are drawn up by DEP then approved by the legislature. This link will take you to the webpage for all DEP regulations. Scroll down the page and you can find the applicable regulations for hunting, fishing and trapping.
