My goal will be to somehow try to influence it so it takes on a state-wide approach so that buying one sticker gives you access to all public access lakes in the state.
Isn't that what the registration fee is for? Why do we need another tax?
One of the persons testifying for the CLA Monday conceded on an all lakes sticker. They stated they would support reciprocity of other authorities stickers and would expect the same for theirs.
Then again, this bill makes about just as much sense as the marine license bill where some people want the state to charge a fee for something the feds would provide for free until 2011.
