Screw them!
I'm not doing anything different than I already do. I already pay nearly a grand between CT, NY and RI for a charter license GETTING NOTHING IN RETURN FROM ANY OF THEM. The few times I get hired to run someone else's boat, they will have to catch me and proves I'm working for the owner. This is really bull crap!
