Question...do coyotes qualify for a pest permit of any sort? My wife has expressed a little worry about them as we have dogs that we let out...and always let them out just before bed. Plus the noise...if this turns into a every night occurrance...it will drive me nuts. My biggest problem is I don't believe I would be able to shoot them. I have a firearms license and small game is not a problem but although we are just off of leffingwell road in uncasville I do have a couple of houses that are within the 500 ft range as well as my house. Thinking more along the lines of a trap of some sort. Thoughts and ideas? And maybe guidance from Encon?
