still a little unclear, and i know you spelled it out well.

what im missing is the areas NOT included in the bass management or trout management areas.

are these areas CLOSED now? i believe if i read the regulations, ALL areas not listed as open (tms/bma) are technically closed from feb 1 to the 3rd sat in april.

or, are these areas open year round? this statement would read contradictory to what were explained this past weekend on the water.
