So...... a New York licensed person can fish the pink areas above but we cannot fish south side fishers island, the race, or south of plum?

So...... No water between RI and CT so will that mean no fishing in RI?

Is this what Reciprocity means????

If I have to pay 15 buck why doesn't ct collect 15 bucks from NY residents?
