Lynch, I have to remember to keep an eye on the Mohegan schedule more often. They have some good groups every year. Priest was great there last year. Enjoy Godsmack.

JLMOS, enjoy the Chili Peppers. Their last 3 albums have been some of the best I've bought in years. Their last tour was great and I'm sure this one will be, too. Plenty of great songs to play.

Great minds think alike. I'll track you down with my cell phone and buy you guy's a round.
Where sitting somewhere in the center?
Last year scored corp tickets from work, front row center. Have to wait a couple day's before the show to see if lightning strikes twice?

Do the Chili peppers still do the sock deal or was that a one tour thing?

Thankfully, that was in the past. Last tour, they just came out and rocked. With Anthony as the front man and Flea on bass, they're a show in and of themselves. And John Frusciante's guitar playing is really good.

My girlfriend and I will be at the Iron Maiden show in Hartford - can't wait!

Fishing is way too important to take so seriously...

Oh Well, Glad to see old Alice can still fill the seats. If you have never seen him,
you really should. It's so much more than just music. A very theatric stage show.
A true preformer. You won't see many, if any like him.

Anybody hear the new Maiden album yet? It rocks...one of their best in a long time. Bruce sounds better than ever and I think the production is a little better than usual.

GM: Didn't Twisted Sister open for them on the Powerslave tour? I know Yngwie opened for the Somewhere in Time tour...that was a great show.

Anybody going to see Queensryche in Nov? I got good seats for that. They'll be performing Mindcrime I & II in their entirety with some sort of interactive stage show...sounds cool.

New maiden is good but what happened to the harder stuff? I'm a die hard fan, tattoo and after my daughter was born she wore a killers t-shirt home so I am fan as big as they come. I love the new stuff but just wish it was on then heavier side. 10th row for Hartford 10/4 and Up The Irons.

Going to see Queensryche also

I just picked up the new album.(Do they still refer to it as an album?)Anyway, have only listened to two tracks so far. Sounds good But nothing to get excited about as of yet.
Maybe the best cuts are deeper in?
Does anyone know who the opening act is for them this time around?
Last year it was DIO. I think his time is almost up. Sounded like he was having a hard time hitting those very high notes. Still sounded good ,but you could tell he's not where he once was., but for a man his age who's to complain.
