I am not a fan of Avenged Sevenfold, but damn, this song is amazing.

Just once I'd like to throw away Kirk's wah pedal before they hit the studio

Dream Theater vibes.

The music video director thought it was a good idea to put the singer in a jean jacket and tank top? biggrin

Pics from a few recent shows ...

Metallica at Metlife Stadium on Aug. 4. Awesome to see Metallica still going. Solid set list, and great to see Pantera. A fun night of metal.

Thrash veterans Overkill at a show on Long Island.

Got to see Billy Idol up close at event for my wife's company out in San Diego with the "super group" Royal Machines .

Royal Machines also brought out Sebastian Bach (from Skid Row). He still sounds great!

Saw Volbeat and Halestorm at Mohegan sun last week.

Lizzy Hale's voice is incredible! 1st time seeing her live and was blown away! Volbeat was great as usual

Her tribute to Ann Wilson in the middle of Get off on you gave me goosebumps!

Saw Aerosmith on Saturday night in Long Island on their "Peace Out" tour with the Black Crowes. Great show! Everyone in the band sounded great, including Steven Tyler at 75! He was perfect.

Unfortunately, Steven Tyler now has some vocal issues and they are postponing future dates.

Glad to catch some of these bands before it's all said and done. You never know when it will be the end. Ozzy had to pull out of the big Power Trip festival in California this Oct. Metallica postponed some recent dates because Hetfield had covid.

Catching Geoff Tate (Queensryche singer) tonight in Fairfield, and Red Hot Chili Peppers at the Sound on Sound festival at the end of the month in Bridgeport. If anyone is going to those shows, hit me up!
