Ain't this somethin'? I told my pap and mam I was coming to the mountains to trap and be a mountain man. Acted like they was gut-shot. Says, "son, make your life go here. Here's where the peoples is. Back in 1963 in Watertown In the area that is now Veterans Memorial Park off of Nova Scotia hill road My friend Butch and I saw what I still feel to this day were three Mountain Lions. We were on one of the farm roads and they were running along side the edge of the field towards us. I think they might have been chasing a deer. My first thought they were deer they were so big. I still remember the huge bounds they made while running. they Scared the living daylights out of both of us.
Have a safe time on the water and may that tight line be pulling back.
