I personally don't care about where your party lines are drawn. Fact of the matter is this new system was coming sooner or later, because of FLA, it's sooner. As far as the new machines, I think that is something that is done at the state level. Aren't Jeb and Kate still in office? Fla. was certainly the worst example of election irregularities in 2000, but not every state is bringing in computerized ballots and touch screens and such. I don't know, I'm still very suspicious of these machines and who is buying them and who they are buying them from. I don't know what Dems would do in Fla, if it were up to them at this point. Maybe they would do the same thing. But they're not, and they didn't so.....but you make a valid point.

Jim, I was being facetious, I don't actually want to see crying,disenchanted seniors at the polls, I've seen enough of that on T.V., with them dying in line for vacines and Oprah this past week. For the record I am a big fan of paper, I cast my vote today for John Kerry on it. A case for Kerry, this article summed up how I feel for the most part. web page
