Ya want politics and fishing? Ok! Why is it that the recreational angler has to be sure that his scup is 10 1/2 inches but the commercial limit has just been doubled to 500 pounds per trip?
Be sure to keep only 10 bluefish ( including snappers) but the commercial limit was just doubled to 1000 pounds?

I know, how about we have a VOUCHER system for protective services, too! That way when the wealthy hire their own security services, and alarm companies, and fire protection for their estates, and decide they don't NEED to utilize police, fire, or EMS, they get a TAX BREAK!! We can ALL subsidize their wealth and privelege!! :p
And if there were a legitimate National Security interest and my son volunteered or was drafted and, GOD FORBID, lost his life, I could live with that, but THIS CRAP IN IRAQ?!?! NO FREAKIN WAY!!!
And I agree with you that if such an emergency existed at least that WOULD be a fairer situation, in light of the number of women we have in the service anyway, not to mention police, firefighters, etc etc, and how exemplary women have performed these duties!

I give a slight edge to Kerry, Bush just looked tired and annoyed, like he was pissed he had to be there. He inability to articulate hurt himself tonight, he never went on the attack and sat back when Kerry went after him tonight. I never bought into the whole Bush is a simple guy who is plain spoken guy kinda thing. His simple speaking is a ploy to get simple thinking retards to vote for him.
