I have a 21ft Privateer with a 175hp I had some great trips last year with members from this site. I had amazing trips on others boats(John from madision amnd Paul D. catching that mako was the highlight of the season.)and on my Boat. We even had a great Tuna charter with some members and we plan on having a great cod trip. Whenever I post that I have room or am putting together a charter please guys jump in. The best part about these trips is BSing about them later. I have no problem taking Novices or self-proclaimed experts . I have gear to share and my boat is pretty safe and sea-worthy. I do however like it when guys chip in for bait and gas . As John said I'm sure gas prices will be rediculous this year. I'll be starting fishing for Flounder and Bass on my boat in early may so keep an eye out for my posts.
I run Skeeter zx225 dual console bass boat.225 yammie/ox66. I Fish all over the place, mostly for bass. I go out two to four times during the week and one weekend day(unless i have a tourney). I would love the company and the chance to meet some new people who have the same passion for fishing that i do!Some of the lakes i frequent....bolton,crystal,coventry,moodus,ct river, mansfield hollow, candlewood. After many years of rafting, hauling, carrying, dragging, rowing, patching, pull-starting, swearing, cussing, dreaming, and especially whoring -- my wait is over. I finally sucked it up and put down the money for a new boat.
Here she is. I picked her up on Wednesday. It's a 19-foot, G3 aluminum with a 175hp Yamaha HPDI.
I look forward to fishing with both old and new friends this season. I do a lot of bass fishing, especially on Candlewood Lake. In fact, I recently moved to be closer to the lake.
P.S. I'm representing G3 Boats and Reynolds\' Garage & Marine in bass tournaments this season. If you are interested in a G3, let me know, and I'd be happy to take you out for a test drive.
