What a fun slaycation week of fishing up north! I rejoined the CTF Maine crew after a few years of absence, and caught a lot of nice largemouth and smallmouth. We ate great food, emptied some beer cans, laughed like the fools that we are, and told stories around the campfire. We even won the house team tournament held on Little Sebago this year with partner Huskybass.
The weather was perfect and the fishing was both quality and quantity of green and brown bass.
It was awesome hanging out with the likes of TIM C, who did an outstanding job of organizing a fantastic trip, Mike G, who is always there with a great attitude on life, SCOTT and his son Brandon are just so much fun to be around and always make me laugh with a great story. Missed seeing Mitch again (meow), but we had a house full with 14 great guys sharing camp. On Wednesday I went farther north to check some lakes with my buddy Peter for a smallmouth adventure. We found em! I had a few issues with my electronics, (it’s a boat), but she ran great all week and overall, it was just what I needed. Here’s a few pics: I hope others post their’s as well.
