Starting to take those once in a lifetime trip while I can Planned a 15 day Alaskan trip last year and just came back Monday. Below is a short description with a couple pictures.
On July 12th departed Vancouver BC on Holland America Zaandam North bound Alaska cruise. First stop was Ketchikan, did a zip line tour in the mountains and walked around town for the day. Couple odd characters walking downtown dressed in nothing but wolf furs.
In Juneau hiked the Mendenhall glacier and falls, beautiful area, pictures don’t do it justice.
In Skagway took the gold rush train over the pass into Canada.
The ship spent the day at Glacier Bay.
Ship drop off at Seward, bus to Anchorage to pick up the RV, one day in town.
Denali for 2 day.
5 hour jeep tour thru the back country, my jeep pictured for the day

Awesome place, was there in late May. Many of the same places you went. You're pics are beautiful, but you're right, they don't do the place justice...
