I can find nothing online or in the rule book.. hoping Econ can answer... are we here in Ct. allowed to bait coyotes on private land?? thanks...

It took one night for the Coyotes to show up on a gut pile I left out back at the end of December. If you bust open the stomach, the scent draws them right in. Impossible to get a shot with the bow though, incredible 6th sense.

Tried it last year. Put out a roadkill deer. Lots of pics on the trail camera nothing came in when I was sitting on it. Was completely gone in two weeks. Good luck. Let us know how you make out.
