Man guys you hit the mother load. I wish I could have been out there instead of being stuck at work. Again all I can say is WOW I hope the fishing is half as good as that when I take my Dad out with Blaine in Sept. ThomT
Incredible !!! I may have to quit my job, sell the house and move out East if you guys keep doing this. I only had one experience like this , a November day but they were Schoolies. Maybe this big girls forgot how old they were ?!?

For once I was in the right place at the right time. I don't know when I can make it back down. If I remember right we have some business to tend to on the river in October. I might be able to stay an extra day if this house things does not mess me up too bad.

It was nice to meet you under such fishy circumstances!!
When I got into bed last night, it was 24 hours , 500 miles +, and 700lbs + fish later. What a ride. Maybe the next time I see you we will have some time to talk.
What more can one ask for? Good friends, Great fishing and one hell of a day to boot! Doesn't get much better than that, me thinks!
Wish that I had been there. That's one day for the old memory banks. Just think if all of those fish had been Albies instead? Great going guys and great report.
Gee, according to "BlueBlitz" there are absolutely NO FISH in LIS. LOL
Blaine, here's a suggestion, I ran a plastic Home Depot special "Y" connector(with shutoff valves for each output) from my bait pump discharge, on one of the outlets I secured a oxygenator kit, nothing more than a big airstone fastened to the bottom rear of the tank via 3/8" pvc tubing.
Works great, even for those fragile shad.
We were just a 100yds sw of you guys yesterday morning during your photo shoot.
Did you get your inspection done by Mr. Cranky at the launch?
I still can't believe that what it was like out there. I just had to check the pics to be sure .
Fishing side by side like we did made it even more rewarding. It was like togging, watching the other guys hook up then getting the rod ripped out of yours, hoopin', hoolerin' and fist pumping galore.
It was great to finally meet Bob, I heard he was making this long trip and was psyched he went home with an adrenaline rush. Great seeing you and Blaine as well as Bennett and JonH.
Great fish and pictures. Im thinking of getting digital camera to take pictures on the boat among other things and you guys always have gresat shots. WHat model camera do you use?
