Stay safe!! I know the feeling I lost the entire first floor of my house last year to Irene not to mention all my fishing rods, gear etc was all under water (salt / sewage) in my garage. Not fun preparing for these things.Praying for a miss for you guys!

Just saw on the news that they are looking at a potential 20" of rain and it is headed right at New Orleans. I sure hope they are wrong for your sake Hoop.
Sorry to say Hoop, but it looks like this thing is headed right your way and will propbably be there tomorrow afternoon as a Cat 2. Do all those last minute preps but I know you have already taken care of everything. Good luck riding out this one and let us know that you are ok. I'll see about talking with you real soon.
