tav Member Registered: 10/24/02 Posts: 3016 Loc: southington ct.	i was just there today and the water level was pretty low , i know at clarks pond there's a busted dam which doesn't hold any water back maybe by fixing the dam the levels might stay alittle higher. now who should i address this issue to.

Most places are trying to breach dams wherever possible to allow streams and rivers to return to historical levels and paths.
