Sure, if you attended the pikefest or game dinner, or donated a raffle prize the donation has already been made. This event is total financed by any excess proceeds from these events. Free to CTF members and family.

No...The money has been raised by the pikefest and game dinner raffles..Maybe the next one of those events you can donate a raffle prize if you'd like ,but not mandatory.
