I have a great very clean and very nice 4 bedroom contemporary at the top of the mountain in Wilmington VT its in southern vermont and takes about 2-1/2 hours to get there from central ct. 2 full baths, cable tv, fire place, lots of hiking trails, just south of mount snow.
we have Lake Harriman at the base of the road (about 1 mile from house that has park areas and free boat launching. there is also a very secluded lake north of that one that you travel about 20 minutes on gravel road, also has launch.
both lakes allow motored boats, etc, no speed limits, you can fish, water ski, etc.
you can also run down to the CTR in 30 minutes and fish for miles north and south.
great smallies in there as well as trout.
$700 per week includes everything. August is fully booked for now. Weekend rental also $375.

Yes July is open, we only have august fully booked so far.
The house has three bedrooms and one loft bedroom:
first floor bedroom - queen size bed. 2- people 2nd floor rear bedroom- double bed. 2- people 2nd floor front bedroom- double bed. 2- people 2nd floor loft bedroom- (3) twins 3- people
Also forgot to mention that the club house has an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, lounge area, kids video parlor, big screen movie theater, there are multi tennis courts on the property, and park land as well as kid climbing area, trails, etc.
We are in the chimney hill development with about 400 homes in 5000 acres of land. our house is up near the top and about 1/8 mile from club house.
