Registered: 09/06/04 Posts: 5979 Loc: Haddam sweet Haddam	This is my neighbors land, its 21 acres in change, has a stream that supposedly has trout, and the beavers have made a pond. Half the property is hardwoods, and it sits next to corn and soy fields. The property is almost on the Constable/Westville town line. Asking $54,000, and the price is negotiable.
