this past weekend there was at least 1 moose in moodus (east haddam) maybe 3?

there was one spotted on rt66 portland/east hampton town line tuesday morning. i wonder if it was the same one. i dont know how much distance they can cover in a day.

you would be surprised hoe far these things can travel. in the past couple years when i was living in colrain mass i would see them quite abit and once i had an e.p.o in my yard i stopped to talk to him and they were following this moose since that morning and had covered a distance of almost ten miles in only 3-4 hours. pretty wild to see one this far south i thought were i was was the southern edge of their range.

I think they are pretty cool until someone hits them with a car then it's sad for everyone involved.
