That's ok on the no refund or credit deal. Some of us will note it as the "donation" it was when filing our state income tax returns next year. With interest (compounded) of course .
Oh and thanks to the online licensing system i have multiple receipts.

Eric D, The Salt water license was the one right after the resident fishing license and it remains at 10.00, Below is what i copied and pasted from the list of the fees.
(3) resident marine waters fishing license, ten dollars

Non Resident inland from 80 to 55. Non resident marine from 60 to 15, its about time people woke up..Congtrats to everyone involved that made this happen, this sets the stage for the other states in the future
