I am going to not be so descriptive because, I do not want to spoil Reservoir-Dog's future thread about todays outing.

I talked to Reservoir-Dog my old middle school friend yesterday about hitting the ice with him since he has been out on the ice a lot and doing well.

My brother in-law and I had to get our $40 LOL fishing licenses from candlewood bait shop (where I seen ctf member Alex)and then we were on the way to the town park.

We got there around 10am where Res Dog was already set up with I believe one fish in the bucket.

Shortly after we get out holes set up Res D catches another on a tip up!

Ok its time for me to catch one!

To sum up a 3½ hour day on the ice:
In my opinion we had a good day on the ice.
I was only able to land 1 sunny(which I believe Res D recorded)
My brother in law about 3 sunnies maybe a bit more
and
Reservoir-Dog beat us both with a mix bag of fish but, I will let him show you / tell you what he got.

While I was out there with Reservoir-Dog I believe there was only one fish on a tip up the others were on sweetish pimple and on maggots.

I may have not caught many but, its one more then I caught last year.

For those who may not usually go out on the ice but, love bass fishing, contact Reservoir-Dog he is a beast at pulling size bass through the ice!

This was before I caught my ONE
"No John I do want to hook your sunny on my line"

My dues should be in sooner or later

Any questions feel free to ask
All comments and suggestions are always appreciated

*Leaving the best for last*
I forgot to add I was not paying attention and start speed walking over ice and my feet flew out from under me. I then did a double back flip and hit the has back first! Minus the double back flip. I hit the ice pretty hard hard enough to bruise my right arm and if it wasnt for the hat & 2 hoods I had on I may have bruised that as well

man I hear you on the fall I cracked my head pretty good a few years back 10 stitchs and was pretty much in a daze for 3 days.

I also hear you on Res Dog he is just awesome jigging machine and a blast to fish with. For being a young guy he is putting his time in and doing very well in the fishing world.

Thanks everyone I went out sat at a couple of smaller places and failed to catch any thing.

I hope to hit a few places this week that WE should catch some fish at.

1 res - nice size crappie 1LB plus and bass if we cant catch those there is perch and sunnies

2 res - average size pickerel along with crappie perch and sunnies
I say average because, I have seen bigger caught else where and never caught any HUGE pickerel from this res

3 lake - full of crappie, bass and sunnies
I only fished this place a couple times so who knows what in here or how big

_________
4 if possible a golf course

Res Dog posted videos on youtube of the fish he caught they day we went out together though since I wont be a subscriber till the end of the week probably I have no idea if he posted them here...

This year I am going ICE fishing as much as possible, if I end up skunking more often then not I may not be on the ice as much next year.

Thank you for the replies I was almost in tears when I hadn't seen any replies for a little while LoL
