Here is screwball what if the pay to play bill is passed..
Now i am not reaching here but lets just say there are alot people who have wanted to come to play on CWOOD but that have always thoughT that you needed to be a resident to launch on the lake. But now they find out that anyone can pay $50.00 to go there and launch all season long..this could just increase the traffic and maybe once those people see the lake and the surrounding areas i personally think that there will be no way that anyone could stop anyone from developing there..I have seen it in the state of vermont and in lake placid ny..first people start off by going on weekend trips, then for week next thing you know they are buying up land and building on it..
this proposal could go the complete opposite way maybe..just my .02 and i am not trying to get anyone twisted or anything
