God help us if he DOESN'T!!

Don't confuse "appeasing the global community" with co-existing within it peacefully! Bush is a global bully and all global bullies come to the same end. If we don't get rid of him we may all come to that end as well, right along with him!

Getting along peacefully within the global community is KEY to protecting the U.S. You really don't get it, do you?

I am not suggesting not pursuing, capturing, and/or killing known terrorists, like Bin Laden, Al Queda (I hate that guy, "Al"!) or the Taliban which sponsored and supported them. You never heard a single word of protest from any of us Dems or the global community when we went into Afghanistan. Everyone knew we were right, and we were justified.

But our unprecedented "preemptive" strike against Iraq was totally premature, totally unjustified, and totally opportunistic. Bush capitalized upon the post 9-11 patriotism, and anti-Iraq sentiment created by his own disinformation and propaganda, to start a war that was politically advantageous to him because well meaning Americans like you want SOMEONE to pay for 9-11, and as Joh H. put it, it doesn't matter who!

Bush is banking on that type of blind, flag-waving, nationalist, "patriotism" to make him a hero to middle America, and get himself reelected. Americans like yourself wanted and needed an enemy, and since Bush could not locate, capture, or kill Bin Laden, he gave you Hussein, made him his scape-goat, and you all fell for it, and are continuing to fall for it, even after all of Bush's so called
"intelligence" (I can barely bring myself to use his name and inteilligence in the same sentence!) proved to be all LIES!!!

Bush's gambit failed, and he cannot continue to convince a majority of us that Iraq was not a mistake. He will be called to account for his lies and his failed foreign policies, not to mention his failed domestic policies, come election day.

Baitrunner, you said that Bush's tax cut did not help you because of state and local levies. You don't get it either!

The reason for that is that along with Bush's tax cut came corresponding deep cuts in federal spending which resulted in increased state and local taxes. Overall, our taxes have increased over the past four years, but the truly wealthy have profited from it because they don't rely upon any of that federal spending.

They continue to increase their personal wealth while the rest of us continue to struggle. Bush's economic policies come down to taking from the poor and giving to the rich, and again, there aint no tricklin down!

I can't wait for the next debate! Its so much fun to watch Bush trip on his D***!!

Oh and BTW, Jon H.... F George W. Bush!
