MikeV, I'll always keep trying!

25.April: Conditions about the same as yesterday. Southerly winds creating chop, and muddying the water. The surface temp was almost 60º! The wind wasn't as bad as yesterday so I gave it a half hour. Same results as yesterday, weeds/leaves on almost every cast. The snagging was worse today. I lost 4 or 5 leaves in the short time I was there. And a handful of Surf-Nazis showed up. They weren't too bad, and cleared off the ramp, and motored out away from us.

Peter had a shad on the bank on my arrival, and about 15 mins later, he landed another one. Both middling bucks. Just before 5:pm, he landed a fair sized bronze-back. The couple of others fishing caught nothing. I left at 5:pm, frustrated with the conditions. I'll head down to the Wall in Cromwell sometime tomorrow afternoon if the rain isn't too persistent.

Tight lines!
