The $7 dollar "weed sticker" is not a sticker, it is itemized on your fishing license and gives you the right to use any registered boat. A boat sticker is more dollars, I think it is $20 bucks, and allows your boat to be used by any correctly licensed driver, and if you order that sticker it does get mailed to you.
