Well then it sounds like DEEP needs to hire more people. You need law enforcement to enforce these laws as trucks need to be pulled over and inspected or arrests to be made in the field. The Hartford Currant ran an editorial on this how no law enforcement is being done by Pesticide enforcement/DEEP and the Governor should be aware of the issue in the state.
