Blaine, here's a suggestion,
I ran a plastic Home Depot special "Y" connector(with shutoff valves for each output) from my bait pump discharge, on one of the outlets I secured a oxygenator kit, nothing more than a big airstone fastened to the bottom rear of the tank via 3/8" pvc tubing.

Works great,even for those fragile shad.
