All I can say is ...OH my freakin god! My arms are killing me this morning. \:\)

I started my day on Friday about 1:00am. Got in the car and headed south for 250 miles to meet up with Blaine.Met Blaine and we got on the water about 6:00am. Got a little bait and headed out. Then all hell broke loose. When Blaine dropped his 1st bait and was hooked up before I even got my shad on the the hook, I was thinking "here we go" \:D I never figured it would be like it was. To see the pod of 40" + fish follow Blaine's 1st fish in was amazing. When the shad fell off his line those bass just exploded in the water. The rest is kind of a blur. We had doubles on so many times I lost count. When one of us hooked up, within 10-15 seconds the other was too. It seemed the bass were sorted by size, since the doubles were usually twins. I know we had double 46" and the double 50" but other then that I can't remember much. We also lost a few fish too. I had 2 break offs. One that took a screaming run under Bennet's boat (thanks for moving your lines guys. \:\) ) but it snapped my leader. Then I had another break me off in the rocks.

IT was a truely amazing day. Thank you Blaine for having me down. I could not have asked for a better day. It was also great to meet T-man, Frank, Jon H and his better half, and Bennet.

Wow...what a day. I'm sitting here with sore muscles, hands and arms that are cut up beyond belief, sunburn, and a big smile. A day like that is good...being able to spend it with friends is priceless.
