its not a stupid question, its an REALLY stupid law. you can't buy a had gun or long gun, centerfire or rimfire, bolt action or semi auto in this state without a permit. lets not forget, you can't even buy ammo to feed the firearms that you legally bought without a permit prior to the passage of the idiotic law.

lets not forget about this and other stupid laws, astronomical tax increases, and wasteful spending in this years elections, otherwise it will, without a doubt, get worse in all aspects.
