Clarification needed for the rivers in the following statement "During the open season, the legal method for taking Atlantic salmon in open areas of the Naugatuck River, Housatonic River, and Shetucket River is limited to angling using a single fly, or an artificial lure with a single free swinging hook. Additional weight may not be added to the line" if I am fishing for any other species during the open season am I allowed to use whatever lure or bait I want to use? And if I catch a salmon using something other than listed above it needs to be released immediately.
I may only have one and a half legs, but I still stand tall, life goes on.
