Yes July is open, we only have august fully booked so far.

The house has three bedrooms and one loft bedroom:

first floor bedroom - queen size bed. 2- people
2nd floor rear bedroom- double bed. 2- people
2nd floor front bedroom- double bed. 2- people
2nd floor loft bedroom- (3) twins 3- people

Also forgot to mention that the club house has an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, lounge area, kids video parlor, big screen movie theater, there are multi tennis courts on the property, and park land as well as kid climbing area, trails, etc.

We are in the chimney hill development with about 400 homes in 5000 acres of land. our house is up near the top and about 1/8 mile from club house.
