It is a big problem and limits access to fishermen. Unfortunately, I have had to put a cable accross the pulloff to my property due to the dumping. It is a shame because I could care less if someone were fishing on my property. So now I have to spend money on cameras and dump fees to stop this and get rid of the garbage. One other option is petitioning the other land owners that use the dirt road and put up a gate so no one can drive in. I wish the state could step in when you have a problem area and use some kind of surveillence to catch these people that ruin things for the rest of us. It is unbelievable how much crap lines the rivers in our state.
I don't buy the argument that dump fees cause these problems. It really is just selfish idiots that probably could pay for the fees but would rather spend money on cigs or beer or who knows what else. Makes my blood boil!
