From what I understand most shore access has been cut off? I'm just intrested in reasons why? Behind the police station, down river along that side people have been getting ticketed for trespassing. What about the high tide mark and 3 feet past. Does this have to do with amtrak? Why are Norwich PD handing out these tickets? Thank you.
